□ 배경
○ 영국 보건안전청(HSE)은 국내 REACH 후보 목록에 포함할 15가지 화학물질을 고위험성 유해물질(SVHC)로 지정하는 제안서를 발표함○ 3월 9일 해당 조치를 발표하였으며 4월 20일까지 6주간의 의견 수렴 절차가 시작됨
□ 주요내용
○ 영국 REACH 후보 목록: 생식독성 물질(12종)- bis(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethyl)ether (tetraglyme)
- orthoboric acid, sodium salt
- 6,6'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-methylenedi-p-cresol (DBMC)
- tris(2-methoxyethoxy)vinylsilane
- barium diboron tetraoxide
- dioctyltin dilaurate, stannane, dioctyl-, bis(coco acyloxy) derivs., and any other stannane, dioctyl-, bis(fatty acyloxy) derivs. wherein C12 is the predominant carbon number of the fatty acyloxy moiety (DOTL)
- diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide
- 2-(dimethylamino)-2-[(4-methylphenyl)methyl]-1-[4-(morpholin-4-yl)phenyl]butan-1-one (omnirad)

- 2,2-bis(bromomethyl)propane-1,3-diol (BMP); 2,2-dimethylpropan-1-ol, tribromo derivative/3-bromo-2,2-bis(bromomethyl)-1-propanol (TBNPA); 2,3-dibromo-1-propanol (2,3-DBPA)
○ 영국 REACH 후보 목록: 발암성 및 돌연변이 유발성 물질- n-(hydroxymethyl)acrylamide
○ 이해관계자들이 의견을 제출할 경우, HSE는 이를 검토하여 의견 수렴 종료 후 45일 이내에 포함 여부를 결정할 예정임
