[KOSHA] Updates to Announcement Regarding Hazard/Risk Investigation of New Chemical Substances

There has been updates made to Announcement Regarding Hazard/Risk Investigation of New Chemical Substances (Ministry of Employment and
Labor No. 2020-52, published on Jan 14, 2020, partial amendment).
The partial amendment was made to reflect the relevant changes in accordance with the amended KOSHA,
Major amendments include:
- Article 1 (Purpose) - amendments to contents
- Article 2 (Definitions) - amendments to contents
- Article 4-2 (Omission of attachment documents) - moved to Article 5, contents amended
- Article 4-3 (Exceptions on hazard/risk investigation) - moved to Article 6, contents amended
- Article 5 (Data protection) - moved to Artivle 7, contents amended
- Article 6 (Supplements, etc. on data protection application) - Amended as Acticle 8
- Artilce 7 (Listening to comments, etc.) - moved to Article 9, contents amended
- Article 8 (Instructional supervision, etc.) - moved to Article 10, contents amended
- Article 9 (Notice on confirmation results) - moved to Article 11, contents amended
- Article 10 (Deadline for reconsideration) - moved to Article 12, contents amended
