2017년 12월 28일, 중국 환경보호부(Ministry of Environmental Protection, MEP)는 2015년 발표된 수질 오염 관리
시행계획(Water poluution Control Action Plan)에 기초한 1차 중점관리화학물질목록(Prioritized List of Substances
to be Subject to Control)를 발표하였음
동 목록에는 비교적 위험하고 환경 및 인간 건강에 유해한 화학물질이 등재되어 있으며, 이러한 화학물질의 제조
및 사용을 관리하기 위해 다음의 조치가 적용됨
○ 기업은 목록에 등재된 화학물질을 배출하기 전에 하수 배출 허가를 받아야 함
○ 정부는 일부 제품 내 동 물질의 사용을 제한하고 기업이 대체 물질을 사용하도록 권장
○ 청정 생산에 대한 감사를 실시
