What is Risk Management Plan?
- In accordance with CCA Article 41, businesses that handle Chemicals Requiring Preparation for Accidents in quantities exceeding the designated threshold must evaluate possible risk in handling facilities and prepare available emergency response programs to minimize the damage from chemical accidents.

- Businesses that handle Chemicals Requiring Preparation for Accidents in quantities exceeding the designated threshold must prepare a Risk Management Plan every 5 years.
※ Subject of modified Risk Mangement Plan submission: cases falling under conditions described in Article 41(3) of CCA
