New chemical substances with M/I quantity less than 0.1 ton/year requires notification, while 0.1 ton/year or more requires registration
Following new chemical substances that have been confirmed to be exempted from the hazard assessment by the previous "Toxic Chemicals Control Act" must notify by December 31st, 2020
- New chemical substances manufactured/imported at less than 100 kg per year
- Polymers, designated by Ministry of Environment, that consist of chemical substances that are not new chemical substances.
